Refund Policy

I enacted this policy not to be mean but rather to make things simple. 

To be clear, I'm a God-fearing woman who wants clean business dealings and happy customers. At no point in my career, or life, has my intent ever been to scam an individual. You have my word that I'm honest with my dealings and fulfill orders to the best of my ability. With that said, things can and will go wrong. When they do, I'll use common sense approaches to rectify what I can. I sincerely hope we never come to having to enforce the refund policy.
